Ngākau Hihiko is a network supporting women across Aotearoa New Zealand's energy sector. Through free networking, mentoring, learning opportunities, and women-led events, the network helps women build connections, develop rewarding careers, and contribute their expertise to the industry. Ngākau Hihiko also works to inspire more women and girls to pursue energy careers, grow the network's reach nationwide, and strengthen diversity across the sector. By creating inclusive spaces for connection and professional growth, it is helping build the diverse workforce and thinking needed to support New Zealand's energy transition.
