As the operational head of Mint Aotearoa, Kate oversees the development and delivery of Mint's projects across New Zealand. She brings over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors across New Zealand and the UK, with expertise in scaling energy platforms and driving commercial strategy.

Throughout her career, Kate has led high-performing development teams to originate and develop large scale projects through to construction. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, competitive renewable energy projects that enable Aotearoa’s transition to an affordable, low-carbon energy future.
