Steve brings deep expertise in liquid fuels supply and storage, joint venture governance, fuels procurement, and commercial pricing arrangements, underpinned by his engineering background. He provides clients with practical insights into how oil and refined product markets operate, alongside advice on supply chain optimisation, resilience planning, and the structuring of commercial fuel supply agreements.

Steve contributed to the 2025 Fuel Security Study undertaken by Envisory in partnership with Castalia, where he led modelling of supply chain impacts under the range of potential disruption scenarios considered in the report.
