Bobby Naimawi

Bobby spent the early years of his career in the Private sector, in the retail, manufacturing and financial services sector before joining the Fiji Electricity Authority, now Energy Fiji Limited.

He has been with Energy Fiji Limited for more than 20 years, 12 of these years in the capacity as CFO of the organization. He was CFO when the US$150M 40MW Nadarivatu Hydro Power project was constructed & commissioned, when EFL went through one of the most challenging moments in its history, when Fiji was hit by TC Winston, a category 5 Cyclone and Sale of 44% of EFL shares to the Japanese consortium.

He is currently the COO of EFL for the last 4 years. Bobby is a transformative leader who embraces changes that will bring about positive business values and sentiments and an enabling environment.
