Randhir Charan

Randhir Prakash Charan is the General Manager Human Resources at Energy Fiji Limited (EFL), with extensive experience in both the corporate and government sectors. He first joined EFL in 2016 as Manager Human Resources, later progressing into senior leadership roles before transitioning to a government position in 2018. In January 2025, he rejoined EFL as General Manager Human Resources.

Known for his practical leadership style and strong stakeholder engagement skills, Randhir works closely with management, unions, government agencies, educational institutions, and industry partners to strengthen workforce capability and organizational performance.

He holds a Master of Administration from the University of Fiji, a Postgraduate Diploma in Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry/Mathematics) from the University of the South Pacific (USP).
