Richard Pearce is Chief Operating Officer at Lodestone Energy, where he leads the delivery, construction, operations and asset management of its utility-scale solar portfolio. He has extensive experience across the energy and electricity sectors, spanning engineering, asset management, construction leadership, strategic planning and corporate affairs. Richard has previously held senior roles with Genesis Energy, Northpower and Vector, with a strong focus on safety, quality, innovation and whole-of-life asset performance.
