These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Super Saver and Early Bird prices will only be applied if payment is received, in full, no later than 5pm on the date specified. You will be re-invoiced should your payment not be received by this date.
We reserve the right to cancel any conference 20 days from the event start date. If you are travelling to the event, we recommend that you do not make travel or accommodation bookings prior to this or make flexible bookings that will not incur a cancellation fee.
Delegates are responsible for their own travel/accommodation bookings and no compensation will be made should the event be rescheduled or cancelled.
If you are unable to attend an event for which you hold a ticket, you must confirm your cancellation in writing (via email) at least 30 days prior to the event to be considered for one of the following options:
1) An event voucher for the full value of your registration, to be used towards another Freeman event.
2) A refund of your ticket value minus a service charge equivalent to 20% + GST of the ticket value.
Regrettably, no event vouchers or refunds can be made for cancellations received after 30 days prior to the event date. However, you may send a substitute delegate in your place to attend the entire event at no extra charge.
This applies to a set number of delegates at a specific event (e.g., Group of 5 for $5000).
Group bookings must be from the same organisation and booked at the same time. Partial refunds are not available if part of the group is unable to attend.
Group tickets allow multiple delegates to take advantage of special pricing. These offers apply to a specific event, and it is not possible to transfer a group purchase to other events.
If the entire group is unable to attend the event, you must confirm your cancellation in writing (via email) at least 30 days prior to the event to be considered for one of the following options:

2) A refund of the group booking ticket value minus a service charge equivalent to 20% + GST of the ticket value.
Regrettably, no event vouchers or refunds can be made for cancellations received after 30 days prior to the event date. However, if one or more members of the group is unable to attend, substitute delegates may attend in their place for the entirety of the event at no extra charge.
This is for custom group pricing set at the discretion of Freeman.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer access to a substitute delegate to attend the entire online event at no extra charge up until 7 days before the live date.
Regrettably, no changes can be made to registration within 7 days of the event.
